April Montgomery is a community leader and business owner running for NC House District 51. With 22 years of experience living in the district, a background in public service, and nearly 20 years as a small business owner, April brings a unique perspective to the NC House of Representatives.

Having worked in both the public and private sectors, April has developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing our community. A graduate of Florida State University and the University of Florida, April is committed to representing the community's interests, promoting pragmatic solutions, and working across party lines to drive positive change and improve the lives of District 51 residents.

As a proud wife of 25 years to her husband David and mother of three boys, Elias (22), Forrest (19), and Cyrus (15), April is dedicated to building a brighter future for families like hers and for the entire district.
